Come on in guys! Natalie and Eliza voted out at last weeks double Tribal Council.
I hoped you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving break. We've got a little Thanksgiving treat for you!
DROP YOUR BUFFS!
That's right, Mahtava and Calua are no longer. You'll be split up into two new tribes and be given new camps, which you'll have to decide the names and colors of later.
Those groups we had you guys create? Those people that you thought you could work with will remain your tribemates. You'll be paired with a group of three from the opposite tribe, which means each new tribe will have three old Mahtava and three old Calua. Interesting!
Tribe A
Brandon
Judd
John
Candice
Colby
Ibe
Tribe B
Ashley
Jenna
Miki
Alex
Elyse
Skupin
You'll all be added to your new camps shortly. Get to know each other if you haven't already!
Now, let's get onto your next challenge.
Tonight's challenge is called "The Story So Far..."
Don't all moan at once at the idea of a creative challenge! This one's a bit different.
For this challenge, you must write, as a tribe, a summary of the events of the game up until this point. The goal is to write an interesting, entertaining, and creative recap. Here's how it works:
Create a thread in your new tribe camps in order to discuss your ideas for the challenge. Each member will write ONE paragraph on their own. A paragraph can be as long or short as you think is needed. Your final piece must be exactly six paragraphs long.
Each paragraph that each tribe member writes must flow with the rest of them. Decide an order and write your paragraphs to flow with what the person before you writes. Once you all have your finished paragraphs, post them in a final thread in the correct order. That thread is what we'll base the judging off of.
Grading Rubric
Creativity - 10 points - Is it just a typical recap? Or did you put a creative spin on it?
Teamwork - 10 points - Did everyone come up with ideas and pull their weight? Or did someone come up with everything?
Entertainment Value - 10 points - Was it boring? Or fun to read?
Accuracy - 10 points - Did it match up with the events that have happened so far?
Grammar - Was it well written?
This will be judged by Brett, myself, and a few PW's. You have 48 hours from now to create a final thread with all six of your paragraphs submitted in the correct order in there.
Which new tribe will be able to work best together? Will you learn anything valuable from the way the other tribe has viewed the game so far? Let's see!
Survivor's ready?
Go!
